  1. Eligibility: The Carcovers.com Ultimate Protection Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to those who sign up at the Promotion page located at https://giveaway.carcovers.com and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (“Entrant(s)”). The giveaway is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including Washington DC) and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of CarCovers.com, LLC and its affiliates, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
  2. Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored and administered by CarCovers.com, LLC (“Sponsor”), 3909 Outland Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38118.
  3. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on October 18, 2023, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 26, 2023 ("Promotion Period").
  4. How to Enter:
    1. Entrant will receive one (1) entry for each ten (10) points earned by Entrant in the Promotion. Each entry that complies with these Official Rules is eligible to win a prize.
    2. Online Entry:
      1. Initial Online Entry: During the Entry Period, visit https://giveaway.carcovers.com and follow the instructions to complete the entry form, including your first and last name, email address, phone number, vehicle type (car, truck, SUV or van). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may generate only one (1) initial online entry and you must fill in the information requested. By submitting an initial online entry, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized emails and marketing text messages from Sponsor at the email address and mobile phone number you provide upon entry. (This consent is not required to enter – see Alternative Method of Entry below. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.) You may not generate more than one (1) initial online entry by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent these Official Rules. If you use fraudulent methods to enter or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
      2. Additional Online Entries: During the Entry Period, once you have submitted an initial online entry as set forth above, visit https://giveaway.carcovers.com and click on “Enter For A Chance To Win” to be taken to a secondary landing page where you can earn additional points towards additional entries as follows:
        1. Ten (10) points for sharing the Promotion once via email (up to one (1) email for a maximum of ten (10) points)
        2. Ten (10) points for sharing on the following social media platforms (up to once per platform for a maximum of eighty (80) points):

      3. Clicking on “Enter For A Chance To Win” at https://giveaway.carcovers.com will not generate more than one initial online entry. Additional online entries generated before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. You may not generate more additional online entries than permitted above by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent these Official Rules. If you use fraudulent methods to enter or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The vehicle type associated with each additional online entry will be deemed to be the same vehicle type associated with the corresponding initial online entry.
    3. Alternative Method of Entry: To enter without making a purchase and without submitting an initial online entry or additional online entry, mail a 3”x5” postcard via first class Unites States Mail to CarCovers.com Ultimate Protection Giveaway, 3909 Outland Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38118. The postcard must be postmarked within the Entry Period and must be received by Sponsor no later than 11:59 PM EST on November 2, 2023. Postcards postmarked before or after the Entry Period, or received by Sponsor after November 2, 2023, will not be eligible. Each such postcard must set forth the Entrant’s full name; email address and phone number (for use in administering any prizes); vehicle type (car, truck, SUV or van), year, make and model. Each postcard is worth ten (10) points (one (1) entry). Limit one (1) entry per postcard.
    4. An Entrant may submit no more than a total of sixteen (16) entries regardless of the combination of methods of entry.

    4. Sixteen (16) Fourth Prizes: All Entrants are eligible for the Fourth Prize regardless of the type of vehicle listed on Entrant’s entry. Fourth Prize (ARV $8): CarCovers.com 25-Inch Microfiber Duster
  6. FOR ALL PRIZES: Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor discretion. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Total ARV of all prizes: $2,592.
  7. Prize Drawing: Sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. Limit one prize per Entrant.
  8. Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: The Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners within five (5) business days of the drawing. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to return completed and executed tax forms within three business days, prize may be forfeited at the discretion of Sponsor and an alternate winner selected.
  9. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  10. The receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Promotion is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AS DETERMINED IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE PROMOTION AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
  11. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Promotion and receipt of any prize, each Entrant and winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its direct or indirect parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each such company’s officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all losses, liability, illness, injury, claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and any related activity. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any Entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any use of a prize in a manner inconsistent with the corresponding instruction manual). If for any reason an Entrant's play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Promotion entry, if possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
  12. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Tennessee. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Tennessee or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Tennessee.
  13. Entrant’s Personal Information: Any information you submit as part of the Promotion will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: CarCovers.com Privacy Policy.
  14. Participation in the Promotion and acceptance of a prize constitutes your consent to the Sponsor use of your name, for purposes of publishing the winners list for the Promotion.
  15. Winner List: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to CarCovers.com, 3909 Outland Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38118. Requests must be received by November 30, 2023.
